Story 8: Little Bread or "chlebicek"

In the middle of a busy block in Prague's New Town, you'll find Jan Paukert. It's a deli/bakery that claims to have invented little bread or "chlebicek." It's an Eastern European version of an open-faced sandwich. For as little as 28 Czech Koruna--or less than $2--you can get a 100g piece of bread topped with lots and lots of meats, cheeses, and veggies.
Before our day started, I had to have just one.

Go ahead. Let out a little "mmm" to go with your plate envy.
